Background

I started in the trade in 2002 and have spent 20 years learning what makes hospitality businesses work — and what makes them fail.

I've opened restaurants for Gordon Ramsay, managed members clubs for Soho House, run seasonal pop-ups across Central London and overseen an £18.5M food market in a Grade I listed church.

What that gives me is range. I understand the economics of a £50 cover just as well as a £12 bowl of pasta. I can read a P&L and I can run a pass. I've hired teams of 100 and built menus with head chefs. That breadth is what I bring to clients.

Heard. exists because the businesses that most need experienced support — the independents, the new entrants, the ambitious operators — often can't access it. I'm here to change that.
